Candy Bradshaw is a seasoned leader and transformational speaker who challenges individuals and organizations to raise the bar on what they expect — from themselves and from others.

Raised in a low-income, single-parent household alongside nine siblings, Candy is a testament to perseverance and purpose. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and later completed her Master’s in Organizational Management and Development from the University of Phoenix.

With over 40 years of experience spanning corporate and nonprofit sectors, Candy has help leadership roles in sales, training, consulting, and new business development. Her diverse background also includes work in nonprofit self-sufficiency and assimilation programs. She is certified in multiple personality assessment tools, including DISC, True Colors, and AssessME, equipping her to foster stronger teams and more self-aware leaders.

Candy’s signature message is clear and compelling: stop rewarding mediocrity and start expecting excellence. She equips leaders with practical tools to set high standards and cultivate cultures of accountability, communtment, and outstanding performance.

Married to Mike Bradshaw since 1988, Candy is the proud mother of three adult children — Meica, Michaela, and Michael Jr. Her life and leadership reflect her core belief: Excellence is not an option. It’s the standard.
